Come be a part of this Sacred Circle of women! All women are welcome to come connect with the Divine Feminine energy within us.
November’s community Red Tent Indy topic was “Cultivating the Divine Feminine” through learning ancient tantric breathwork and meditation techniques led by Laura Rain, Tantric Teacher, Spiritual Intuitive and Counselor.
We shared wisdom within the circle, and every woman had a chance to speak her truth, along with partaking in chanting and meditation.

There is Divine Feminine energy within all of us, and when this feminine energy is freely flowing through our energy channels, it makes us feel creative, vital, sexy, confident, and energized. Our bodies hold wisdom, intuitive messages from our Divine Feminine just waiting to be expressed. Turning inward and learning how to listen and direct this energy, can be our biggest tool for understanding what our body is saying and for self-healing. The breath is the key to bridging the gap between the mind and body. In this workshop, we will learn tantric breathing exercises that can be used as an alchemical process for awakening the Divine Feminine energy to flow freely through your chakras for cleansing and healing.
It is our birthright to access this energy and to know how to tap into it anytime, anywhere.
About the method:
Laura Rain’s teachings are rooted in the Tibetan Tantric practices. Vajrayogini is a female Buddha. She recognized and taught that within each of us lies a powerful wellspring of energy. We can
learn to cultivate this energy through the Vajrayogini practice.
Tibetan Nuns have used the Vajrayogini practice to send healing energy to the Earth. As we continue the tradition of this practice, we have the opportunity to cultivate our deep feminine energy, our connection to the earth and our innate, intuitive, healing abilities. We can then use this energy to send a blessing to our communities and to the world.
The Vajrayogini Practice uses breath & movement. The movements are gentle & flowing. Each breath is an opportunity to connect to the earth, grounding ourselves in our bodies, our divine feminine essence & wisdom.
Red Tents are a sacred space for women to gather in community to listen, share stories, empower, and heal. Our ancestors knew the power of women gathering in support of each other, and during these times, sacred information on wise women ways were passed on through the generations: tips on herbalism, culinary, menstruation and childbirth, moonpause, healing ways… etc.
